An Initial Assessment is for new patients, returning patients with new injuries, or patients returning after longer than 3 months. This appointment is for patients interested in or referred for Shockwave Therapy.
The Assessment includes a detailed history of the condition or pain followed by the objective physical examination by your physiotherapist. The physiotherapist will develop a treatment plan for you after the evaluation. Your initial visit includes the Assessment as well as your first Treatment.
