40 minFollow-upFollow-up sessions focus on progressing your individualized treatment plan based on your initial assessment findings and response to previous treatments. Treatment may include guided pelvic floor muscle retraining, manual therapy, and progression of core and breathing exercises to improve strength, coordination, and function. Education and strategies for bladder and bowel management, posture, and daily activity modification will be reinforced as needed. The physiotherapist will monitor your progress, adjust treatment techniques, and ensure that exercises are performed correctly to optimize outcomes and support long-term recovery.
