Nurture - A Support Group for Postpartum Parents

*FOR NEW PARTICIPANTS ONLY*
Join us for a FREE 6-week postpartum support group designed to help postpartum parents navigate the emotional and physical changes after birth. Led by Emma Needleman, a former midwife and lactation consultant, this intimate series will explore topics like hormonal changes, sleep deprivation, mindful nutrition and building a support network. Each session includes gentle breathwork and mindful movement to help regulate your nervous system.
Spaces are limited and waitlists are long so we please ask that in fairness to others, you register only if you are able to commit to the 6 week series

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
