Traditional Acupuncture involves the insertion and manipulation of very fine sterile stainless-steel needles on to the meridian points on the body.
It is usually painless; you can expect to feel an all over pleasant sensation and you may also feel a deep ache or “Qi sensation” at the site of the needling.

What it is
