IF you are a returning patient but it has been over 2 years since your last visit, then you will need to select 'Follow-up Consultation and Testing,' as the Dr. will need to touch-base on your health before proceeding with testing.
Book this time slot for any repeat in-office testing only. We offer various blood tests, urine/saliva tests, and computerized tests (take a look at our website for details).
