Please book this appointment type if you are looking to enter the Return to Play Program. Your first day will be a fitness and functional movement assessment where your Kinesiologist or Athletic Therapist will get all the information the need in order to create a custom training program for you. This fee covers your in-person evaluation and the cost of developing your program.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
