Family 90-minute session
Family members can sometimes use a tune-up in their relationships. Learn how to deal with conflict, tension, or emotional distance, and re-build your connection. Attend with your sibling, teenager, adult child or parents- to gain more understanding of each others' needs and perspectives.
Sessions occur using the secure Jane App Video Conferencing system. Karine will make every effort to help you feel safe and at ease with the video call experience.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
