We understand that developing a relationship with your therapist is an important part of care. As Lori will be completing her time at Fascial Connections at the end of June, we encourage patients seeking ongoing support to begin with another member of our team to support continuity. If you do choose to begin your care with Lori, she looks forward to supporting you during your time together. I am really looking forward to working with you. I want to take the time to truly understand what is happening in your body and why you have been referred to see me here at Fascial Connections. Your story matters, and so does the timing of why you are choosing Myofascial Release Therapy — and why you are choosing us — at this point in your journey. Your initial session is two hours long. At Fascial Connections, we have intentionally let go of short, time-restricted appointments. This extended session allows us to slow down, listen carefully, and thoughtfully assess what may be contributing to your pain or restriction. Together, we will explore not only where you are feeling discomfort, but also why it may be present. This time creates space for detailed intake, hands-on Myofascial Release, and the beginning of meaningful, lasting change. I would love to support you in uncovering the root of your pain, restoring balance within your body, and helping you move toward a more comfortable, pain-free life. Most of the hour is spent figuring out what your body is doing — where things feel restricted, how you move, what sets it off — then hands-on soft-tissue work, pressure and positioning, with a clearer sense of what was found and how to book the next session.
