Please note: Missed appointments without prior notice will incur a late cancellation fee ranging from 50% to 100% of the appointment cost, depending on the circumstances. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

If sufficient notice is provided and we’re able to fill your appointment slot, the fee will be waived.

Sports Therapy Rehabilitation, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Vestibular and Vertigo Treatment, Dry Needling

For WSIB and MVA appointments, please book with one of our physiotherapists and ensure the appointment is scheduled as either a “WSIB Initial Assessment” or “MVA Initial Assessment.”

Please Note - Yagni Patel is on maternity leave as of June 2026. If you are a client of hers you can book with any of our physiotherapists and they will continue the treatment plan. If its a new issue or you are coming after 6 months, Please book as an assessment. Her current clients can book as a regular treatment with any of our physiotherapists.
