My passion for health and wellness led me to transition from a successful career in quality assurance and management within the food industry to a profession focused on helping people feel their best.

I utilize a variety of techniques including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, and Joint Mobilization to help clients achieve lasting results.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling, exploring nature, and continuing my education in manual therapy and rehabilitation.
