This appointment is for clients experiencing dizziness, spinning sensations, balance problems, or symptoms that worsen with head movement, rolling in bed, looking up/down, or changing positions.
Your physiotherapist will complete a detailed assessment to help identify possible causes of vertigo and dizziness. Treatment may include vestibular exercises, balance training, education, home exercises, and repositioning techniques when appropriate.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring any relevant medical reports or medication information.
Important: If your dizziness is sudden or severe, or comes with chest pain, fainting, new weakness, facial drooping, severe headache, vision changes, or trouble speaking, please seek urgent medical care before booking.
