Assessment
The initial assessment is required for all tiers of training plans. This will be 1-hr of assessment, interviewing and goal setting/plan development. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and bring any medical/imaging reports pertinent to your injury. Indoor shoes only in the gym space.

Most of this first kinesiology visit is spent figuring out how you move and where things break down — history, posture, mobility, strength and movement testing — then turning that into a few targeted exercises, coaching on form, and a plan you leave with.
