Ages 5-12. For our younger clients' first visit, we include a 15-minute intake and assessment alongside the guardian to discuss any growth-related discomforts, sports recovery needs, or wellness goals. This ensures a calm, comfortable introduction to massage therapy, followed by a 45-minute gentle treatment.
