For current clients who have had their initial physiotherapy assessment and who have had an appointment in the last 6 months. This session includes a hands-on treatment of any external areas of the body as per individualized plan discussed in the initial session. Treatment may include manual therapy, acupuncture, cupping and a progressive exercise program.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
