As physiotherapists we help to diagnose and rehabilitate injury, as well as provide education and advice regarding health promotion and injury prevention. We provide one-on-one, personalized assessment and treatment and take a holistic approach to rehabilitation. We view each patient as a whole, and we are eager to get to know YOU – your hobbies, exercise, occupation, past injuries and entire history are all important to us. Your physiotherapy assessment/treatment may include a combination of strength and mobility training, manual therapy, soft tissue therapy and dry needling.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
