This assessment is conducted in your home or workplace environment and includes a review of workstation setup, posture, movement habits, equipment use, and daily physical demands.
Assessment may include:
* Workstation and chair assessment
* Monitor, keyboard, mouse, and desk setup review
* Postural and movement assessment
* Identification of ergonomic risk factors
* Education regarding positioning, movement, and workspace optimization
* Individualized ergonomic recommendations
Please ensure the primary work area and commonly used equipment are accessible at the time of the appointment.
NOTE: Assessment requests outside of a ~10 km radius of the clinic may instead be accommodated virtually. Please note appointments will be confirmed after Jade reviews the requested address.
