Please book an Initial Assessment as well as a Follow-Up appointment (30, 45, or 60 minutes) for the following week at your preferred time. Due to Jade’s bookings and limited clinical availability, this helps secure continuity of care and avoids potential 2-3 week delays between appointments. This follow-up appointment will be confirmed and/or adjusted by Jade following the initial visit based on assessment findings, treatment planning, and clinical needs.
