Due to Jade’s bookings and limited clinical availability, this helps secure continuity of care and avoids potential 2-3 week delays between appointments. This follow-up appointment will be confirmed and/or adjusted by Jade following the initial visit based on assessment findings, treatment planning, and clinical needs.
