Techniques such as acupuncture, Tui Na (Chinese massage), acupressure, food therapy, and lifestyle guidance are used to support harmony and well-being to help with skin conditions, digestion, immunity, frequent colds and flus, behavioral changes, and to nurture a healthy, developing nervous system as preventative care. These treatments are also an opportunity for girls to ask questions about menstruation, sexuality, and the transition into womanhood. Together, we explore physiology, setting boundaries, and resources to navigate these early experiences with confidence and care.
