This is your FIRST (one-off) transformational coaching session. If you have not had a coaching session with me and would like to dive into a topic where you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck or in lack and breakthrough the limitations! Let's get you to find calm in your every day, move past your limiting beliefs, and move forward to living a life of ease, joy, balance and fulfillment. This session is meant to work on 1-2 areas where you would truly like to breakthrough the limitations that are holding you back. The session may be remote or in person, dependent upon where you are located.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
