This appointment is for individuals who have been injured at work and are seeking treatment through a WSIB claim. During this visit, your physiotherapist will review the details of your injury, discuss your symptoms and medical history, and perform a comprehensive assessment to develop an appropriate treatment plan and complete the necessary WSIB documentation.
Please ensure you have your WSIB claim number and your employer’s information available prior to your appointment so we can properly process your claim.
