This one hour appointment will include a detailed history, orthopedic assessment of your condition, treatment planning, and assignment of a home program to get started on your recovery.
Please book this type of appointment if it is your first Athletic Therapy visit, if you are coming for a new reason, or if you have not been to the clinic for more than 3 months.

Most of this first kinesiology visit is spent figuring out how you move and where things break down — history, posture, mobility, strength and movement testing — then turning that into a few targeted exercises, coaching on form, and a plan you leave with.
