Massage therapy
Registered Massage Therapy - Thai Massage
Thai Massage is an ancient healing practice that combines acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. Unlike traditional Western massages, Thai massage is performed on a mat on the floor, and the recipient remains fully clothed in comfortable attire. The therapist uses their hands, elbows, knees, and feet to apply rhythmic pressure along the body's energy lines (Sen lines), gently stretching and manipulating the body to enhance flexibility, reduce tension, and promote energy flow. Often described as "passive yoga," Thai massage aims to balance the body, mind, and spirit, leaving clients feeling relaxed yet invigorated.
