This appointment is intended for patients who have already completed an initial chiropractic assessment for their current SGI claim at Haas Health. Follow-up treatments focus on reassessing your progress, addressing ongoing symptoms or movement restrictions, and continuing with your individualized treatment plan.
Treatment may include chiropractic adjustment/manipulation, mobility or rehabilitation exercises, and education to support recovery, function, and a safe return to daily activities.
Please have your SGI claim number available for reference when attending your appointment.
Please book this appointment if you are returning for continued chiropractic care related to your motor vehicle accident.
