One-on-one, supervised, rehabilitative exercise programs for ICBC patients. Note: Please book an Initial ICBC Kinesiology if this is your first assessment. You are authorized for 12 kinesiology treatment sessions within 12 weeks of the date of your vehicle accident. This sessions includes shockwave and loading protocol administered by rehabilitation assistant.

Most of the appointment is spent watching how you move and load your body — gait, squat, balance, mobility and strength work — with coaching and exercise adjustments in real time, and you leave with a clearer picture of your movement patterns and a plan to practise.
