If you experience financial barriers to accessing acupuncture there are a limited number of treatments offered each month on a sliding scale of $30-$60 for returning sliding scale patients.
Treatment begins by checking-in with your experiences since the previous visit and considering possible changes to the treatment plan in this light.
This is followed by treatment consisting of acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, tui na massage, or moxibustion as appropriate.
Lifestyle and dietary advice are also offered.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
