FREE PARKING
- We are pleased to offer free parking for our clients, located in the Fraser Commons.
- To access our parkade, please use the entrance on Fraser St and park in any non-reserved spot. Remember to register your license plate as they will issue tickets for non-registered vehicles. You can do this through the QR code located in the parkade or at our front desk. Please inform our front desk if you require assistance.
- Please do not park in the lot directly across from the clinic as this area is reserved for daycare pickup/dropoff. Your vehicle may be subject to ticketing and/or towing.
CANCELLATION AND CREDIT CARD POLICY
- We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Late cancellations and no shows will be subject to being charged a partial or full no show fee. This fee cannot be billed to insurance providers. Thank you for your understanding. We require a credit card on file to secure bookings. This can be done on your intake form or in person at the clinic.
ICBC USER FEES - While ICBC covers a significant portion of your treatment costs, there are small user fees for the following services:
