An opportunity to consciously work with the breath to quiet the mind and get into the body. Our bodies carry our entire history and unprocessed emotions get stuck leading to tension, pain, and potentially disease. As we work with the breath and the body we can connect into these unprocessed, stuck emotions and energies in a safe way to get them moving again.
In a release journey we will work with an activating breath intended to shake things up, get energy moving, and help release things that have been stored in the body.
Along with working with the breath there's a soundscape to support the journey within, offers of affirmations, somatic practices, and healing touch (if you're open to it) to help move energies.
We'll begin with a chat to go over what to expect, answer any questions, and prepare for the journey. We'll work with the breath for about 40-45 minutes then have a rest/integration period of 15-20 minutes. And a chance to discuss the experience afterwards.
