Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) uses a light, skin-stretching movement to encourage the flow of lymph fluid to help promote healing, support immune function and has a calming effect on the nervous system. This technique is done oil and pain free. Treatment time includes assessment, treatment and discussion of home care.
**Please note that due to a popular myth, manual lymphatic drainage will not help with weight loss or body sculpting.**
