SGI/WCB Online Consultation

This brief online consultation is required for ALL NEW SGI (Motor Vehicle Accident) and WCB (Workplace Injury) clients prior to booking an initial massage therapy appointment. The consultation is booked directly with the Registered Massage Therapist who would be providing your care. During this call, the therapist will: • Collect required claim information (claim number, adjuster or team, and contact details) • Discuss your injury and treatment needs • Confirm appropriateness of care and availability • Obtain SGI or WCB approval prior to your first in-clinic appointment This process ensures proper authorization, accurate booking, and continuity of care from the start. If no online consultation appointments are available, it means all therapists are currently at capacity for new SGI/WCB intakes.
