In this one hour session I will be working with you to set goals around your recovery and targeting your specific concern(s). Whether you had a recent motor vehicle accident, personal injury, surgery, experience postural pain, have reduced range of motion, mobility etc. a treatment focused approach utilizing hydrotherapy & general Swedish massage along with techniques such as; myofascial release, cupping, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations and deep tissue work will be used with focused intention to help you get back to feeling like yourself again.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
