Our naturopathic assessment is a comprehensive from a physical perspective - this whole-body evaluation designed to uncover the root causes of imbalance. Each session blends traditional diagnostic methods with a physical and energetic examination to create an individualized treatment plan for acupuncture, reiki or cupping.
During your assessment, your naturopathic doctor will review your health history, lifestyle factors, and body systems, followed by a hands-on evaluation to identify patterns of tension, stagnation, or energetic blockages. Depending on your needs, this may include palpation, abdominal assessment, postural observation, and gentle mobility testing.

The goal is to understand how your body’s structure, energy, and organ systems are communicating — guiding a customized plan that may include acupuncture, cupping, reiki, herbal or nutritional support, and mind-body recommendations to restore optimal flow and function. This will be billed with ND designation.
