Booking Appointments and Our Cancellation Policy
We encourage clients to book sessions that feel reasonable according to their schedule.
We charge a 48 hour cancellation fee if clients cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of their appointment.
Reserving a spot and then later cancelling or rescheduling can prevent clients who feel certain about booking from seeking counselling support.
