I have five years of experience working with people who are healing from: trauma, blame, guilt, people pleasing, emotional abuse, mental abuse, criticism, perfectionism, sexual abuse, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression, and abandonment. With over 15 years of experience in the field of community building, diversity, psychology and social work, I have the tools to support people with navigating their inner worlds.

My clients have learned to: develop a relationship with their emotions, understand themselves more, make changes in difficult relationships, connect with their own wants and needs, process grief, set boundaries, compromise, navigate trust and learn their self worth.

I take pride in understanding people, thoughts, behaviour and emotions. I support people to heal from life experiences. My own struggles and resiliency helped me develop a genuine interest in this work and continue to spark a passion for psychology and counselling.

It has been a pleasure and genuine human experience providing therapeutic support to my community members. ☺️
