Human 2.0 Lower Extremity Baseline Assessment
This assessment is designed to measure how your lower body is functioning right now using objective testing and guided movement analysis.
We use force plates and standardized movement tasks to assess balance, weight-bearing symmetry, lower-limb loading strategy, and overall readiness for rehab, exercise, or progression into group training.
This assessment is a strong fit for people who:
• are recovering from injury
• are dealing with knee, hip, ankle, or leg symptoms
• want to know if they are ready to move from rehab into training
• want a baseline before starting physiotherapy or group fitness
• want to reassess progress after treatment
• want a clearer picture of their lower-body function as they age
Depending on your needs, the assessment may include:
• gait and posture screening
• quiet standing balance analysis
• sit-to-stand testing
• squat assessment
• single-leg balance testing
• hip range of motion screening when relevant
At the end of the session, you will receive a summary of the findings and a recommendation for next steps. This may include physiotherapy, targeted exercise, transition into group fitness, or continued maintenance work.
This is not just a workout screen. It is an objective starting point that helps us decide what your body is ready for now, and what it needs next.

What it is
Most of the hour is spent figuring out what your body is doing — where things feel restricted, how you move, what sets it off — then hands-on soft-tissue work, pressure and positioning, with a clearer sense of what was found and how to book the next session.
