Please Note :

Please plan ahead as there is local construction due to the Burnaby Hospital upgrades. There are limited free visitor parking spots in the back, metered parking (in front and on Smith Ave) and free neighborhood parking one block away on Boundary Road. Parking Map.

New Pelvic Health & Physiotherapy Patients : If you are a new patient and would like an earlier appointment than what’s available, please book ahead and add yourself to the waitlist - we will reach out if something opens: Waitlist Form .

As our schedule often fills quickly, consider booking a 2nd appointment 2 weeks after your initial to ensure proper continuous care at your preferred time. This can be modified based on your treatment plan. Treatment plans may involve internal exams (at your discretion), manual therapy, gym rehabilitation, and the use of real-time ultrasound and biofeedback. Dress in comfortable attire that you can move easily in.

Returning Pelvic Health & Physiotherapy Patients : There are limited reserved spots (not shown online) that you can either book with reception, add yourself to the waitlist, or contact us directly.

Cancellation Policy : Changes with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a charge.

Billing : Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy treatments are covered under Physiotherapy for extended insurance or health benefits - please refer to your plan for coverage details and amounts. We do not bill to MSP, Worksafe BC or ICBC.

Updates :

Clinical Pilates with a Registered Physiotherapist now available! This can be covered under Physiotherapy extended insurance or health benefits. Please contact us for more details.
