Naturopathic Assessment and Treatment
During the initial visit, a comprehensive assessment will take an hour or more, which includes completing an intake questionnaire about the patient's personal information, chief complaint,
allergies,past and present medical histories and family history of illness. Mental, emotional and spiritual aspects may be asked which could help to address the underlying cause of illness. A thorough Physical exam may be performed during the initial visit or follow up focusing on the patient's complaint. Review of current medications,
recent lab results and diagnostic/imaging may be tackled. By the end of the visit, an overview of short and long term treatment plans will be discussed including the modalities which are safe ,effective and specific to support the health needs of a patient.
