Hot Stone Therapy uses a variety of basalt stones heated in water. Therapist use oil and stones in place of their hands to help stimulate sufficient blood flow to affected areas.
It is a type of massage used for relaxation or deeper therapeutic release depending on pressure.
Heat of the stones allow for deeper healing throughout the tissue.
