The RAPID Therapist palpates the tissues to evaluate the texture, tightness and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
