PLEASE READ:
Due to a recent motor vehicle accident, our front entrance and reception area have sustained damage.
To help us accommodate patients safely during this time, we ask that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time and not earlier.
Upon arrival, please enter through the back door and check in with reception.
A restoration crew is now on site which means there might be noise throughout the day. This will continue intermittently from July 13th onward. The completion date is unknown, but we will update this posting as soon as we know. Please keep this in mind while booking your appointment. If you have an appointment booked and feel this will affect your treatment, please let me know and we can reschedule your appointment.

We love dogs! But we understand that not everyone does. Occasionally, our staff bring their dogs to the clinic. If you are uncomfortable with dogs, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll happily have them out of the clinic for your appointment.
Please be advised that your appointment time may be subject to adjustment by up to 15 minutes. We kindly ask that you take this into consideration when scheduling your appointment. Should any changes occur, you will receive an email notification.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments or cancellations made without a 24-hour notice are subject to the full appointment fee.
Unfortunately, we are not accepting ICBC claims at this time.
