He will review your progress & challenges with your home stretch program, re-asses problematic areas and then you can fully relax while the practitioner uses various stretching techniques that specifically target tight areas such as; hips, legs, back, neck and shoulders.
Following this appointment, he will progress or modify your home stretch program according to your needs.

Most of this follow-up is spent moving and training — refining exercise technique, progressing or scaling the plan, and checking what changed since last time through a few targeted movement tests — so you leave knowing exactly what to keep doing before the next visit.
