This appointment is intended for patients who have completed their Focused Shockwave Initial Assessment and are booking a follow-up Focused Shockwave session, or for current physiotherapy patients who have been treated for this injury within the last year.
Following Focused Shockwave treatment, you may experience some temporary redness, swelling and discomfort, which is normal and typically resolves on its own.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
