Born and raised in the Ottawa Valley, Erin has a deep-rooted passion for health and wellness. After completing her Master's in Physiotherapy at the University of Limerick in Ireland, she has returned to pursue her career as a registered Physiotherapist. She has a strong focus on patient-centered care. Dedicated to helping individuals regain their mobility and improve their quality of life, Erin takes a personalized approach using evidence-based practice to tailor treatments to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Erin has a strong passion for supporting and treating clients with pelvic floor dysfunction from incontinence, pelvic pain to pre and post natal pelvic changes. She has completed ongoing education courses such as: The Physical Therapy Approach for Anyone Experiencing Urinary Incontinence. She uses evidence-based, compassionate care to help her clients achieve optimal pelvic health, strength and feel confident in their bodies again. After performing a holistic exam of your abdomen, low back and pelvic girdle, and if needed with your comfort in mind an internal exam of your pelvic floor muscles, she will develop a customized, evidence-based treatment plan to help you with: pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic floor strength and pre and post-natal care.
Erin has also completed the McKenzie Institute of Canada - Part A Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Lumbar Spine course and is eager to continue her professional development.
