This session focuses on continuing your treatment plan and addressing any changes in your symptoms or mobility since your last visit. We will briefly review your progress and then focus on hands-on manual therapy techniques to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support your recovery. Adjustments to your treatment plan and home care recommendations may be provided as needed to help you continue progressing toward your goals.
