This consultation is for families in the early feeding window; whether you're preparing for your baby's first foods, navigating the introduction of solids, or noticing early mealtime patterns you want to understand better.
In this session we will:
Review your child's current feeding environment, routine, and nervous system readiness
Identify any early patterns worth addressing before they entrench
Give you a clear starting point, whether that's specific strategies to implement at home, a direction for your mealtime rhythm, or a referral pathway if further support is indicated
This is not a crisis intervention. It's a foundation conversation for families who want to get ahead of feeding challenges before they develop, or who want clarity on what they're already seeing.
