ICBC Non-Standard Physiotherapy Treatments are only for returning ICBC Patients who have been approved by an ICBC Adjustor for mobile/in-home care by our physiotherapists. An up-to-date Burnaby address and contact/phone number will be required prior to your appointment.
If you are not approved by an ICBC Adjustor or this is your first appointment, please refer to booking an Initial Assessment.
Although the appointment duration is approximately 45 minutes. Our physiotherapist will determine the best time that works with you.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
