Subsequent StudentCare Network Physiotherapy Assessments (20 minutes) are for students under the StudentCare Network only that are coming for their follow-up appointments.
Prior to your first appointment, please fill out your intake form for signed consent to be treated by our physiotherapist.
For your first appointment, please arrive 5 minutes earlier with your ID, student ID and StudentCare Network Insurance to verify your information.
Any appointments with patients who are over 10 minutes late will be cancelled (applicable cancellation fees will be charged) and rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
