Family Therapy Session
Before beginning family work, each participating family member attends their own individual 50-minute session. This provides space for each person to share their perspective and helps ensure that everyone feels heard and supported from the start.
Once all individual sessions are complete, the first joint family session is 90 minutes and is $325 CAD. This extended session allows us to bring everything together, clarify what each person is hoping for, and begin working with the family system in a focused and meaningful way.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
