Before beginning couples work, each partner attends their own individual 50-minute session. This allows each person space to share their perspective and helps ensure that everyone feels heard and supported from the start. Once both individual sessions are complete, the first joint couples session is 75 minutes and is $295 CAD. This extended session gives us the time to bring everything together, clarify what each of you is hoping for, and begin working on your relationship in a focused and meaningful way. Ongoing couples sessions are 50 minutes and are $255 CAD per session.

In an extended EMDR session, clients have the opportunity to dive deeper into processing traumatic memories. This extended time allows us to move through the eight phases of EMDR therapy at a comfortable pace, creating more space for reflection, emotional release, and integration. The longer session supports those needing extra time to build rapport, feel grounded, and work through complex or layered memories, ensuring that the healing process is thorough and supportive.
