Mother Circle is just this. A space for mothers to gather where we can share and be witnessed in the truth of our experience. Beneath the constant expectations and "shoulds" that come with modern-day motherhood, there is a collective longing to not go this alone. Mother Circle is the antidote to mothering in isolation. These events can be booked individually and are inclusive of all who identify as mother, whatever that looks like for you, wherever you are on your journey of becoming.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
